Ösel believes in experiential learning, thus the curriculum includes customized courses in the science of human mind - through art, backpacking, camping, trekking, climbing, and other activities in nature while focusing on character building, engaged living, leadership, social activism, service and building empathy for humanity. Methods used include, but not limited to - skills-focused learning, problem solving, team building and self-reliant journeys and activities - always with an environmental focus.
